Image Shrinking when I log OUT of WordPress.com

    I have been using the Forever Theme and have used several CSS codes to get it exactly how I want it – it has been looking and functioning great until just now. All of the sudden the images on my posts are shrunken! I added a content width of 1200 px as well as a page width of 1200 px to get those big pictures that I like. When I am LOGGED INTO WORDPRESS, everything looks perfect, but AS SOON AS I LOG OUT of WordPress, the images shrink. When I check my blog on another browser (not logged in), the images are still shrunken. When I checked my blog on my smart phone (not logged in), the images are shrunken.
    I want my content and the margins of my blog to be the same width.

    Why is this happening all of the sudden and what can I do to change it?
