Image size not adjusting

  I’ve been using an image over the past months without any issues. However, the image sizing on the published page recently changed (I did not make changes to it). I attempted some manual resizing:

  

  1. Specifying the size in the block editor (it renders properly there)

  

  2. Changing and saving the original image size, in addition to subbing in another image before re-inserting the re-sized original.

  Ultimately, the image remained large in the published version:
