@ mohammedrafiqlodhia,
According to the Quick Specs section of the Kelly theme support page, “Featured Images are 1200 by unlimited height.”How can one enlarge the image?
You can enlarge embedded images on any theme by simply changing the dimensions in an image editor, or by the corner drag method in a post or page editor, but I presume you are referring to resizing featured images. Unless you wish to do CSS customization, as suggested by timethief, you don’t/can’t resize featured images. Rather, the thing to do is to choose images of at least 1200 pixels width to begin with.

Thanks. I already have one blog running on Kelly theme.

If you click on McKinsey & Company, you will see images there. How can I enlarge those images? I do have CSS on the theme.

You don’t need CSS customization to enlarge those images. See the Image Settings support page, particularly the Within Posts > Image Details section.
The Image Editing support page may be helpful as well, though it specifically deals with editing in the media library only.
