image size problem

hi, ive been uploading most of my pics.. actually all of my pics taken from my iphone into my wordpress blog. i was wondering if there was a way to have all my pictures come out to be a certain size? i have an example in the blog. its like the 3rd post down, basically the biggest image on the blog. id like all of them to be that size.. how could i do this?

sorry i thought it did that since when i was making the post it had my blog addres there.

In the theme you’re using, maximum image width is 420px. Make sure you select the “Full size” option when inserting the images. Or you can go to Settings>Media, set 420 as your “Large” option (width only – height 0), and select that option when inserting them.
For the images you have already inserted, go to the visual post editor, click on the image, click the mountain icon that shows up, click Advanced Settings, put 420 in the width box (nothing in the height box), click Update, click Update post. Or switch the editor to html, change the width in the image code, delete the height indication, update post.

but how would i get that to work through my iphone is my question. when you upload pics through iphone you get no image size option.
