Image Size Requirements

    Sometimes, the pictures I post on my blog appear stretched out once the posts are published. I have read in the forums that pictures should be cropped to a certain size depending on the theme of my blog, but I cannot find the size requirements for my blog? Can you tell me where I can find this? My theme is forever. Thank you so much

    I have read in the forums that pictures should be cropped to a certain size depending on the theme of my blog, but I cannot find the size requirements for my blog?

    You can see the Quick Specs section for this information at the Theme Showcase page for Forever. Here’s what it says:

    The main column width is 560 pixels, except in a full-width layout where it’s 890 pixels.

    It can, however, be overridden in Appearance -> Custom Design -> CSS under CSS Settings where it says “Limit width to”. If the value there is different and you haven’t made any CSS edits, that’ll likely explain what’s going on.
