here you go~~~ hav a look at the thumbnails…always so blurrrrr =( -
When wordpress downsizes a larger image to use as a thumbnail, it does not use any of the high-end resampling algorithms like would be done if you resized it in photoshop. Thumbnails that wordpress creates will always be fuzzier than the original large image. If you want less fuzzy thumbnails you will have to create your own in photoshop or another image editing program and then upload it as well as the larger image and then link the thumbnail to the larger image so it appears when the thumbnail is clicked.

try the instructions in this post to automatically make smaller versions of your images without the help of an image editing program and also without having to upload the pictures again. http://shongjog.wordpress.com/2007/09/17/how-to-automatically-change-the-size-of-your-image-everytime-you-change-a-theme/the post now includes information on how to resize your images (to make thumbnails) using the “tree” icon, once you are using the visual mode of your blog admin.
PLEASE REMEMBER:
there is really NO NEED to waste time resizing and uploading your images using either an online or an offline image editing program – the instructions are easy, quick and it really works like magic.
but the choice is yours of course!
