Image sizes

    I run an online shop and we frequently upload a lot of images. However, I’ve been facing an issue where each image file generates multiple different file sizes, such as 980×980, 768×768, 518×518, etc. I’ve already tried adjusting the settings under ‘Media’ and checked the ‘function.php’ file in my theme for any image-related settings, but to no avail. I’ve also attempted using plugins that claim to solve this issue, but they haven’t been successful. Is there a way for me to stop the generation of these different file sizes all at once? I don’t need them and it’s causing issues for my shop.

    Hey there,

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    It means our support is limited.

    Have you tried using Regenerate Thumbnails: https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ ?
