Image sizing not working

  Hello,

  I am having trouble sizing my images on my blog. For example, if I had an image with the dimensions for 900 x 900 and then I changed it to 400 x 400, when I go to publish it, it still comes out as the 900 x 900 size. Is there a way to fix that? Thank so much!
