Image slideshow without lightbox or thumbnails

  I am looking for a plugin that will allow me to display images within a column in one “frame” so-to-speak with a forward and back button. Not really sure out to explain but I can show… go to http://www.alexfuller.com and look at his left column. I want to display my images with my posts the same way. He has called he has called out his buttons as “retreat” and “change”.

  any help is appreciated!
