Image stored on wordpress.com is corrupting the main site.

From the case reply, I understand that non-existing image is appearing in the slider. I have successfully validated the account. Thank you for providing the requested information.
After replicating the issue, I found that image is present in the WordPress.com account and location of file is https://i0.wp.com/digitalthatdelivers.com/wp-content/uploads/Noise-Test.jpg . You will need to login to https://wordpress.com account and delete the image.
The image does not appear in the media files on wordpress.com nor is it in the slider, the media file on the hosting site, nor in the php image files.
I need to have this removed from the wordpress.com site.

That URL would be for an image stored by Jetpack’s Photon CDN, but it’s definitely not actually stored in the CDN (as the original has been deleted).
Would you please give us a link to a post or page where we can see the problem?

Home page slider. First image to appear (briefly) -
Hello there,
Many thanks for that clarification.
Can you tell me if the slider has any settings whereby a background is being applied?
It looks like this is being loaded as a kind of placeholder, before the sliders kick in.
This may also be in place as custom CSS.
This is also seen here:

There is no background setting in Slider Revolution and the image above (NY skyline) is prior to downloading a licensed image and replacing. In fact those images were moved to a slider under About. I duplicated the home slider and inserted new images and the image referenced in the initial post does not appear. It is only on the home slider. It appears even if I build a new slider.
My developer states that the solution is do delete that image from the back end and I do not have access to a wordpress.com backend.

Thanks for confirming.
I’ve asked our engineers to delete https://i0.wp.com/digitalthatdelivers.com/wp-content/uploads/Noise-Test.jpg from our server caches and you should no longer see an image at that URL or on your site.
Please note you may need to clear and reset your local browser cache and the site cache for digitalthatdelivers.com if you still see it. But I can confirm that if I visit https://i0.wp.com/digitalthatdelivers.com/wp-content/uploads/Noise-Test.jpg I no longer see an image there. Screenshot of what I see:
Hope this helps!
