image title attribute

Not a problem. A question: My Top Viewed Posts widget offers an image grid. The image it automatically selects is the last image used in the post. I’d like to assign what image the grid uses. Would that be “image title attribute?” What do I type in that field (if that’s what I use)?
My blog is byLrose.wordpress. Go to “Loving to Hate the Oscars” for an example of a post that uses several images. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey there!
In order to choose the image that is displayed in that widget, you need to set a Featured Image.
You’ll see that I’ve done this for you here:
https://wordpress.com/post/41225682/72/?optinYou’re more than welcome to delete that image, should you choose! I simply took the top image from that blog post.
If you’re not familiar with Featured Images and how to install them, this should help:

I was hoping it wasn’t Featured Image because I don’t like the look on the post itself, but there it is. Thanks for letting me know!

Ahhhh…gotcha. Sorry about that!
While that widget will always pull your Featured Image, you will find that each theme displays Featured Images in a different manner. So, you might actually like the way it displays in another theme.
If you want to look at other themes with Featured Images:

I hope this helps! If you have any other concerns, drop me a note. Thanks much!
