  Hello,
  I can’t fill the header with an image. It says that I succesfully saved the image and added to my blog, but I do not see the image and background colours changing my blog desmaaktepakken.wordpress.com

  Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Background

  I tried to use the option you told me, but it says the image is uploaded but i can’t see at the website. Is it possible that i can’t add a picture to the themepage because I have a free membership?

  No this has nothing to do with any upgrades being required.
