Image tooltip titles suddenly stopped displaying on many of my images

    Image tooltip titles suddenly stopped displaying on some images embedded on one page. I think this began today. I noticed that a couple of tooltip titles were missing on one page, so I checked them in the editor and found that the bar where the title had gone before was missing, having evidently been eliminated by WordPress in the last day or two. It looks like they moved the value that had previously been in the title box to the alternate title box. Why is it that some of the images still display tooltips? For example, in the following page

    5 of the 12 embedded images display tooltip titles. I’ve yet to detect a significant difference between the settings of those which are displaying tooltip titles and those which are not.
