  upload image button has vanished

  i am having dozens of problems with uploading jpg files from my computer- no my upload limit has not been crossed, the files are in the computer but the browser window is blank in wordpress.

  and apart from that now a new one has popped up, the image upload button has vanished!

  please dont ask me to change my browser!
