Image Upload at 1×1 pixels.

    Hello.

    When I upload images, I frequently get http errors (that all it says). The images show a generic icon, and they display at 1×1 pixels.

    Yet, if I ftp into my site, I can see that the image is there at the correct size.

    I am using the latest version of Divi.

    I have tried with the plugins ‘Enhanced Media Library’ and ‘WP Media folders’ with the same results, so I don’t think it is related to the plugins.

    Can you please help?

    Hi Tom,

    Seems like you’re having a self-hosted WordPress site instead of a WordPress.com site. WordPress.com site does not have FTP access. See the differences here.

    This is a support forum for sites hosted on WordPress.com so you’re recommended to seek help at the WordPress.org support forum instead: https://wordpress.org/support/.

    And here’s a guide I found by Google search and hopefully it’s relevant to the problem you’re having.
