image upload buttons not working

  neither works. the button is unresponsive. i can upload via media library fine

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hello there,

  I understand that the button is unresponsive when you try to upload an image directly to your header or site icon, is that correct?

  Just to clarify, do you mean the Upload button appears greyed out for you?

  Could you please try the following steps:

  • Clear your browser’s cache: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clear-your-browser-cache
  • Try again from a different browser to see if the issue persists.
