image upload coraline theme

  Hi i have seemingly tried everything in my attempt to resolve this issue; using the coraline theme, my header image ( my own personal photos) is blurry when i upload- i have tried compressing the file as well as changing the pixel width and height to the specifications given-http://bardandmuse.wordpress.com- any help would be much needed thanks
