  hi i am unable to upload any images to my wordpress.com website or my media library , after upload the image i am having the following error

  the issue is still not resolved i cannot upload any images to wordpress.com the images which are present right now are default images i am unable to upload my images to wordpress.com

  We’ve checked your media files, and we were able to see the images, as you can see here:

  

  
  We can also see new images added today, May 17, 2024, so it seems that you are now able to upload images on your end. Is this correct?

  hi i still have the same error with my media library, and i can’t even see the photos in my wordpress.com dashboard i have tried with 2 different browsers and deleted the cache still figuring it out i don’t know whats the reas For this error

  Hi @dvvp2106!

  We are sorry to hear that the issue continues to happen for you. From all our testing so far, and even today, the website Media Library loads fine on the WordPress dashboard, and the images can be seen on the live site as well.

  This problem might be related to your browser, and possibly issues with how it caches information that might not be relevant anymore. Let’s try to refresh your browser and clear some of that history to try and stop the issues you are having. You can find some steps on how to do that in this link:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

  I encourage you to try this out as it should resolve the issues you are having.
