  This particular forum you’re logged in to exists to help people working on sites hosted on WordPress.com servers such as https://pinkthetown13.wordpress.com/
  Your other site isn’t hosted here. If it is using the wordpress installation you’ll need to register an account at the correct support forum:

  It is hosted by WordPress – I login to WordPress to post to my website.

  Perhaps you reach that site via this WordPress.com account (and the JetPack plugin) but the site isn’t actually on WordPress.com servers and consequently staff here have no access to it. The two wordpresses are similar but different in operation. If your site is using the WordPress.org software you need to ask for assistance at the correct support forum.
