image upload problem

  I am trying to load a new jpg image into my media library but it keeps saying there is a http problem…so it hangs at about 69%….I have never had this problem before……

  Are you using the https login?
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/

  Will you please post the error message you receive here?
  Better still will you , please post a screenshot. You can use http://snag.gy/ to share screenshots. Or you can use the WordPress.com guide I linked to and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.

  Hi there!

  Sorry for the trouble you’re having. I can see an image recently uploaded in your Media Library. Have you sorted this out on your own? If not, could you try uploading the image using the browser uploader?

  Additionally, please clear your browser cache or use a different browser.

  Let me know if any of my suggestions helped. If you can provide a screenshot as TT suggested, that would be great. Thank you!
