image upload problems

  hello. I am having problems importing image files into my library, it goes through the upload process and then says it’s ‘crunching’ and then seems to stop, so I cannot put new images up even though I have lots if space still available. The images are only 100-150kb jpeg files, just like I have done many times before. the ‘add media’ page doesn’t seem to be working at all either, safari can’t open the page. Would be grateful for any help. Thank you!

  Have you tried a different browser? A few people are having problems today.

  Thank you for reply. I have reduced images even more and now it has worked after many attempts, but next time I will try changing browsers first!
