    Good day,

    I want to add an image uploader to my contact form to enable the visitor to upload their own image to be sent with their response to an invitation. If I upgrade to the Premium option, am I able to do this and how can I do this?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello ,
    The only fields which can be used for a contact form are
    Each field requires a label and a field type. You can choose among the following field types:

    Checkbox: allows the user to tick a box to make a choice
    Dropdown: creates a dropdown of options
    Email Address: requires an email address format
    Name: text field
    Radio Button: similar to the checkbox field type
    Text: a single line of text
    Text Area: several lines of text
    Web Address: requires a URL format
