will not upload pictures say the pictures are too large have not had this problem before it will upload a picture but the photo is to big in size

I am facing the same problems (wordpress.com of course). The image is just 11,6 kB, PNG and 500px. Also I can’t save what I modify on theme editor (adding widgets don’t work, and in general is unestable). I guess some part of the service is down

Have you tried clearing your browser’s cache? You can find here more information on how to clear the cache depending on your browser:

If that doesn’t change anything, could you test if you have the same issues when using a different browser? -
