image uploading errors

  hello, I am having trouble uploading almost all new content in PNG & JPG form. All are within the size allowance but they all fail to upload. There are certain random instances where a select few process though. Can you help me with this problem?

  On what site are you working? The only site in your account is https://sophiehannahnet.wordpress.com/, and that site is completely empty and hasn’t been updated since it was created in April 2018.
