  Just a query… re the Image Widget

  Can I get the image to open in a new Tab rather thanopening over the top of the page or post?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  The Image Widget doesn’t include an option to open the image in a new window or tab. If you’d like to do that, I’d recommend using a Text Widget to do that.

  You can add HTML code to a text widget to have fully control over the results. To create the HTML code for a linked image that opens in a new window/tab, you can open up the post editor and add an image there with a custom link (as described on our Image Links page). Once the image is added to the post editor, you can click on it and click the pencil icon that pops up — that will give you advanced options where you can have the link open in a new window/tab. Then, you can switch over to the HTML tab in the editor to copy the HTML code from there and paste it into your text widget.
