Image Widget – image not showing

  Hey, I have uploaded at image into the media directory and used the url from there for the image – but is not showing. I appears to start with then disappears into a questions mark. The widget appears when you view a post. Advice really appreciated. Thanks!

  Are your referring to the small custom header image? if so you uplaod it here . Appearance > Header and the dimensions are important.
  What is the size of the image you uploaded?
  Suburbia theme description
  Widget width is 155.
  The custom header image is 155 by 155 (width, height).
  Please check the dimensions and then these tips for troubleshooting images

  Hi, I changed the size of the image, but it still did not work. I am referring to the widget in the right hand sidebar – where the little blue question mark is sitting. It is there when you click on an actual post page.

  I’m using Firefox 11 and IE8. There is no right hand sidebar on this theme. There is a left hand sidebar only. I see an image http://creatabot.files.wordpress.com/2012/02/cropped-robot2_vectorized-flip.jpg which is identical to your avatar/gravatar displaying here only larger in this thread also displaying on the blog in the header image space at the very top of it. I also see it http://www.imageurlhost.com/images/u2x7i2qt0rkblqqq6qo1.jpg displaying in “Become Friends On Facebook”

  These are the troubleshooting steps we take whenever any issues like this arise:
  clearing your browser cache and cookies > http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
  using the browser with all extensions or add-ons disabled
  updating the browser to the latest stable vesrion (not a buggy BETA browser version) http://browsehappy.com/

  confirming JavaScript is enabled http://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=12654
  trying another browser like Firefox 11 or Safari
  resetting your router and modem
