Image widget not working

  Hello
  I have a number of image widgets but I just can’t get this new one to work. It just looks like a little green square. I don’t know what else to try. You can see it here under categories http://kerrydwyer.net/ or here under donate http://kerrydwyer.com/ .
  Any suggestions please?
