Image Widgets and Links
-
I have a question about the IMAGE Widget. I would like to add a link to an image while opening up in a different page..a new target frame. Is that possible?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Afraid the site linked to your name is not a WordPress.com blog, so we won’t be able to help you with that.

I have a similar question about the Image widget. What does it mean to link to a URL? I only know how to upload Jpegs, is that similar? This must sound really stupid- I’m kinda new at this…

This is the URL of your latest post:

This is the URL of the picture in your latest post:
http://falome.files.wordpress.com/2010/03/scallops.jpg
That picture is in your media library.
You can find the URL of any image in your media library by finding the picture and choosing “edit”
Copy the URL to insert it into the Image widget.note: sometimes people don’t upload images to wordpress but use Flckr or some other off-site storage system. Those images have URLs but they are not in their media libraries.
