  image will not upload just get a square box w/a x in it ….have tried renameing the file …doing the picture over …CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

  try updating your flash – see the sticky up at the top of the forum.
  there is a lot of questions answered in the forum re: uploading; do a search in the forum it will help you a lot, there have been many.
