Image with description post

    I need a WordPress mobile app that will:

    Allow the user to take a photo on a mobile device and upload the photo to the blog site creating a new post. A description of the image must also be allowed.

    If the USER is new to the blog site then the image will EITHER be held as excluded until a user profile is created.

    If the user is already a user then the posting – image and description – would be posted under the ownership of the user.

    The App should be downloadable and working for booth Android and IOs.

    Is there a WordPress App that already accomplishes these tasks.

    There already is an app for both Android and iOS, yes, and the app allows you to create new posts and upload photos, same as on the website.

    If the USER is new to the blog site then the image will EITHER be held as excluded until a user profile is created.

    Just like on the website, only a user who has been added to a blog will be able to create posts on that blog. There is no way for a stranger to add posts to a WordPress.com blog, either on the app or on the website.
