Image with the big red X

  I have uploaded an image, but it will not show up in my post. I can see it when I edit the image, but when I preview the post, it shows the big red X.

  This is the 2nd problem I have had with media in less than a week. I also uploaded a video that never finished processing. (Still processing since last Thursday!)

  Please advise.

  I found the problem with the image. There was something wrong with the formatting of the JPG itself. However, I’d still like a resolution on the video.

  The video is in a proprietary format that we can’t convert.

  Would you please use http://www.mirovideoconverter.com/ to convert it into a more standard format, like MP4?
