Image won't show on screen

    I have an image uploaded but does not show up in slideshow and appears as a grey blank square in library but if I go in to edit it is there. Can you help me work out how to get it to appear on screen?

    Hi thomponsoncharlotte92,

    Have you tried re-uploading the image and then re-adding it to the slideshow?

    What is the file format of the image, jpg, png etc?

    Is it the slideshow on the Graphic Design page you’re talking about?

    Let us know and I’m sure we can help figure it out.
