image wont upload
-
I tried uploading a few of my .jpeg’s and they wont upload. I get an error saying ‘he server cannot process the image. This can happen if the server is busy or does not have enough resources to complete the task. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2560 pixels.’
My photo is 2500 pixels and i have plenty of storage in my library. How do I get around this?

The pixel dimension is one part of it, but actual file size is the other. Can you give us the file sizes for a couple of the images you are trying to upload?
I am seeing a number of the images in your media library right now, that are nearly 9MB in size, which will cause issue with site loading.
We recommend optimizing image files prior to uploading them. This support page will give you some guidance on that.
