Image/Logo appears twice in post

  Dear Everyone,
  thank you in advance for your time and help. I have the following problem which seems to occur with some uploaded pictures/ logos (all in .jpg, different sizes):
  When I add a pic/logo to the library and then add it into a pos or page, it appears twice: where I actually added it and above, like in between the menue and the actual post, like an attachment. And afterwards, even if I take the pic out of the post, this stays. In order to get back to normal, I have to completely delete the pic from the library.

  Did anyone of you had this problem already or knows what to do?

  Hi dorkypark,

  The most common reason for a featured image or post thumbnail to appear twice in WordPress.com posts is that sometimes we set a featured image and also insert it into the post content. The link explains why you have images appearing twice.

  I will suggest you use feature image that should solve the problem.
