  I want to change the settings for the size of thumbnail, medium and large images when adding media.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can do so in the Media Settings in your WP Admin dashboard. https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/media-settings/

  This will affect all images on your site and you should keep in mind the maximum suggested image width for your theme.
