  Having trouble uploading images today. Stops loading at 70-80%. I’ve been successful uploading after trying a few times, but then having trouble saving editing I do on the photo. It reads, “unable to save.” What might be causing these problems today, as I haven’t encountered them before?

  Have you tried switching to the browser uploader? http://en.support.wordpress.com/media/uploader/
