  Please refer below link for deleting media from your site to free some space :
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/media/deleting-files/

  Please note that the deletion from your media library is permanent.

  If you do not want to delete your media files then you need to upgrade your plan. Extra storage space is included in WordPress.com Personal, WordPress.com Premium and WordPress.com Business plan.

  WordPress.com Personal plan includes another 3 GB of extra storage, for a total of 6 GB.
  WordPress.com Premium plan includes another 10 GB of extra storage, for a total of 13 GB.
  WordPress.com Business plan includes unlimited storage space.

  Hi
  just found this. I have a question if I want to increase space but already a premium member what can I do. Warning, my tech knowledge is null that is why using wordpress easy to use ::)
