  You can add an image gallery block to a widget on the right sidebar, but it appears that you were able to successfully do this. Looks good!

  Hi there,

  I’m happy to help you with updating the gallery on your site’s sidebar. Please follow these simple steps to get it done:

  1. Go to Appearance > Customize > Widgets > Main Sidebar
  2. Click on the “Gallery” widget to open its settings, and then click on “Edit Gallery”. Then you’ll be able to add or remove images.
  3. Once you’re happy with your changes, click the “Save” button to update the widget.
