  I am a sort of inexperienced blogger and I would like to put pictures on my posts. Only problem, I don’t know how to do this and when I tried to give the thingy a URL of the picture it did not accept it. Please help!!!

  uploading images When URLs are not accepted the most common cause is that the correct http://prefix is missing.

  You could also paste here the URL you tried to use so we can see if it was valid or what was wrong with it.

  But in general it’s better to use images uploaded from your computer to your blog instead of inserting them via URL: you don’t risk losing an image if it’s relocated or removed from the original site, and you get more direct control over editing, faster page loading, and fewer issues with Explorer.
