  My “add media” is frozen, wont let me add images to my page. I was able to add them to one page, but now it won’t even give me the option for my other pages. I anyone else having this problem or is it me? HELP!

  I’m not but the first thing to try is log out of WordPress.com, clear your browser cache and cookies, shut down your browser and then open it again. If that doesn’t work, try using a different browser. If that doesn’t work, let us know.

  How are you connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com? The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems.

  Are you using http:// or are your using https:// to access your Admin pages see http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
  Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
  Is your browser version up to date? You can upgrade any browser version here. http://browsehappy.com/
  Have you tried using the browser with all extensions or add-ons disabled?
  Do you have third party cookies enabled? http://support.google.com/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=61416
  Do you have JavaScript enabled? http://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=12654
  Do you have another browser you can try?
