images and attachments button

  I used to have a button on my editor that I could click to insert a URL of a photo hosted on the web … then I could adjust the height and width there and it would automatically insert it. (I think it was called “insert attachment” or “insert”)

  Now, this button is gone. All I can do is use the media button above the editor bar. This is frustrating, mostly because I cannot automatically adjust the h/w before inserting.

  Where did this button go and how can I get it back
