images are shrinking until they are gone

    Hello,
    When I go on my website on a surface or an ipad the images on the website begin to shrink until they disappear.

    One of my customers called and told me it was happening on his computer as well. He couldn’t tell me what version of Window’s he had, but he told me it only happened on internet explorer.

    Please help, and if you need more information, I will be happy to provide it.
