Images are too large when clicked on
-
Hi,
Until recently, when I clicked on an image I’d posted on the blog, it would increase in size once, and if I clicked again it would zoom in again. That made text legible on forms I was posting.
Now when I click the images zoom so much, that you cannot see the whole image, just a small portion, making documents impossible to read and pictures impossible to see.
Can someone please help? I do not believe I changed any settings, so have no idea how to change this back to the prior format.
Thanks. My blog is at brotmanblog.wordpress.com

Can you show me a specific post where you are seeing this happen? It is possible that this is just a browser setting that has gotten changed.

For me it happens on any image on any page or post. How would I know what browser setting to change?
Thanks!

OK, I just tried it with IE instead of Chrome, my default browser, and it seems to be working the right way. It used to work correctly with Chrome also (I never use IE). Do you think I inadvertently changed a setting in Chrome? How do I figure out how to set it back?
Thank you so much for your help,

Also, I just tried it with Chrome on my computer at work, and it works fine. So I must have somehow changed the settings on Chrome on my laptop. Any suggestions?
Thank you!

You might try resetting to Chrome’s default settings as described here:

That seemed to work for the fellow who posted the same issue on that page.

OK, I found the answer on the Chrome Help page. Apparently if you zoom in on a page, Chrome saves the setting you used on that page. So mine had been “reset” to 250%. I just reduced it to 100%, and I think it is fine.
Thanks for your help, and I hope this is helpful to someone else in the future.
