Images aren’t loading

  Hi, I’ve recently launched a multi-vendor marketplace and when Vendors try to upload new images, the image thumbnail isn’t visible. They can only see a grey box with a question mark inside it.

  The images ARE actually visible on the website once published though.

  Does anyone know why this is happening please?
