Images blocked from appearing on post page

  I am unable to get header images to appear in new posts on the post page. This problem has occurred before and could only be fixed by the in-house programme team. Timethief replied to previous post explaining about Oxygen and image sizes, etc –

  this is not the problem

  . Please advise, thanks.

  I’m assuming you have set a featured image to your latest post. What’s its URL please?

  That’s the URL of WP’s grey placeholder that shows up when you haven’t set a featured image or when the image you set won’t do. What’s the URL of the featured image you tried to set to that post? Is it showing in the Featured Image module of the post editor? If so, click on it then click Edit Image and copy the File URL.

  Thanks justpi! I had been using the image uploaded to the post as a default feature – it seemed to work 90% of the time. You have just introduced me to the Featured Image – thanks!
