Images Breaking for some website viewers but not others – stumped!

Website is accessible and all the links / pages function as intended but some visitors see nothing but broken Jpgs on the homepage when the load in – apparently refreshing does nothing to fix the problem for those users. However, other users don’t see any broken images at all and the page loads correctly.
I have already updated plugins, the site was designed using Elementor. Looking for any advice!
