images can't be moved around

    I’ve never had this issue before, but starting today it appears that once I place an image in my post, that’s where it stays. I can delete it and resize it, but I can’t move it. This happens with any image in the post. I remember being able to not only align images within the post, but physically move them up or down the paragraph (within their alignment setting) so I can have some minor control over how the body text reflows around it. Is this option not available anymore in WordPress or is it theme-dependent? Or maybe it’s just bad coding?
