Images colors are not correct

    I have multiple high rez photos that imported from my computer to the Media files but many of them appear to be faded in color. Additionally, I added some images onto a page and the colors were changed. the reds look pink too bright. How can I use my original images color.
    While on the topic of images, I also created 3 columns that have a header and an image below it. How can I make all of the images the same size? I will crop if necessary.
