Images crunched up

    I am having problems with the images on my blog dedepuppets.com.
    When I insert a .jpg (450px by 300px) into a post, it initially shows up as crunched up little box and can only be viewed by double clicking. After double clicking, the image shows correctly. I have been notified, by a reader (not logged in) that he has the same problem with the images on my posts.
    Also the images don’t show up in the WordPress reader.
