images cut off in IPAD but look good elsewhere

  Our blogs includes images in both the pages and in the widgets. It looks great on my laptop and it’s OK on a mobile phone but on and ipad, the images are cut off. Is there anyway to make the images appear and/or adjust in size for full viewing on an ipad?
